Harmonia College values students’ ownership and right awareness highly, encouraging students to participate in various activities and offering advice for the development of the College. To build a wonderful college and better serve resident students, the first Harmonia College Resident Student Association (HRSA) was established by the election convention in November 2020. In the following month, the recruitment was accomplished. So far, there are four members on the presidium, five departments and twenty-one members in total. The HRSA plays an active part in the College’s daily management and protecting resident students’ proper rights. Additionally, a wide range of activities has been held to enrich college life.

On Christmas Eve of 2020, the HRSA secretly prepared special gifts for all resident students, hoping that they could bring warmth and luck to students who were preparing for final exams. During the spring festival of 2021, four student associations cooperated and launched the special point race online, which helped connect students from different colleges, share interesting things that happened on holiday and develop friendships. In the stressful midterm week, the HRSA held Running for Star, the "Night Run" activity, encouraging students to release pressure and develop healthy lifestyles. To celebrate Harmonia’s third birthday, the HRSA held the “Harmonia Fashion Pioneer” activity. Students designed T-shirts and caps with creativity and imagination. During the Qingming Festival, the HRSA and Darling planned an enjoyable party in Donghu Park. Students experienced elegant and delightful gatherings like in ancient times and enjoyed natural beauty and conversation.
