Harmonia  College values students’ ownership and right awareness highly,  encouraging students to participate in various activities and offering  advice for the development of the College. To build a wonderful college  and better serve resident students, the first Harmonia College Resident  Student Association (HRSA) was established by the election convention in  November 2020. In the following month, the recruitment was  accomplished. So far, there are four members on the presidium, five  departments and twenty-one members in total. The HRSA plays an active  part in the College’s daily management and protecting resident students’  proper rights. Additionally, a wide range of activities has been held  to enrich college life.

In September 2024, the Harmonia Resident Student Association（HRSA） will carefully organize the Dormitory Culture Month activities, holding a dormitory naming activity, Harmonia happy video production competition, and place elevators to release relief toys. Classmates use their ingenuity to transform the dormitory into a cultural paradise and create a warm dream harbor. On the eve of the final week of November, Winter Heart-Warming Gathering——Harmonia Board Game Event was held, where the fragrance of tea accompanied laughter and dispelled learning fatigue. In March 2025, the Harmonia Food Fair was held, where students transformed into "Chef Gods" and cook delicious dishes with exquisite cooking skills, experiencing the joy of labor and a sense of achievement. In addition, the HRSA also regularly organizes group viewing events, where students cheer for athletes and experience the charm of competitive sports.

The HRSA will actively participate in the daily protection of the rights and interests of Harmonia students. We post the QR code of the rights and interests feedback questionnaire on each floor, so that Harmonia students can give timely feedback on various rights and interests issues they encounter. At the same time, the HRSA gradually carries out the theme activities of rights and interests, actively communicates with dormitory students and understands relevant rights and interests issues. The HRSA serves all dormitory students, so that Harmonia students can feel the loving, harmonious and diverse college culture and discover the beauty of life.
