Harmonia College Office
Harmonia College Office is responsible for maintaining the College’s daily operations and administration under the guidance of the College Master, including comprehensive administrative affairs, event planning, and student affairs management, etc.
Ms. Anna Zhang
Deputy Director of Harmonia College. She graduated from Shenzhen University (majored in foreign language education) and joined CUHK-Shenzhen in 2017. With more than 15 years of experience in human resource management in world-renowned foreign companies, she is familiar with corporate recruitment processes and excels in team building and management. She is actively practicing and exploring the collegiate education models. She is also a Psychological Counselor and a Career Development Practitioner.
Ms. Vivian Cai
Assistant Manager, graduated from the University of Leicester, United Kingdom, with a master's degree. She joined CUHK-Shenzhen in April 2017 and became the initial member of Harmonia in April 2018. She was responsible for the preliminary planning of the College. Vivian has rich experience in administrative management, student affairs, and college program development. Her hobbies are working out and cooking.
Ms. Andrea Zhao
College Senior Supervisor. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Bilingual Broadcasting from Zhejiang University of Media and Communication, as well as two Master’s degrees: one in Interpreting from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen, and another in Leading Innovative Learning Organizations from The Education University of Hong Kong. Since joining Harmonia College in June 2018, she has been primarily responsible for coordinating whole-person college activities and programs, overseeing the development of student organizations, and fostering a vibrant culture in college sports and the arts, dedicated to exploring the educational model of collegiate system and the construction of college culture.
Administrative Affairs Group
Ms. Joanna Peng
Executive Assistant with a Master's degree in Applied Finance from the University of Western Australia. Previously worked in the finance industry and government unit, Joanna joined the college general administration team in November 2023. She enjoys engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds and exploring various cuisines around the world. In addition, she has a passion for painting, jogging, and swimming.
Ms. Sarah Li
Administrative assistant, with a Master's degree in Communication from Hong Kong Baptist University. She joined the college general administration team in July 2024. She is mainly responsible for college publication production, college official website management, college award programs, college culture building, etc. She enjoys playing the violin and outdoor sports in her free time.
Ms. Yuki Zhang
Assistant. Bachelor of Arts in English, Southwest University of Science and Technology. With rich experience in purchasing and supplier management, Yuki is mainly responsible for administrative affairs, including college facility and software system management, college-themed souvenirs planning, etc. Her hobbies are reading, traveling, making crafts and hiking.
Student Affairs Group
Ms. Eleven Chen
Sr. Executive Officer, Master of Social Work (Mental Health Concentration), Hong Kong Baptist University, joined Harmonia College in 2019. Eleven is responsible for coordinating and implementing student affairs. She is also a social worker, a registered social worker in Shenzhen, and a secondary national-level athlete in shooting. She had been a commentator at the Asia Pacific Social Work Conference and was awarded the “Longgang District Outstanding Individual” in 2017. She has rich experience in case management of teenage affairs and loves calligraphy and traveling.
Ms. Uee Chen
Executive Assistant, with a Master of Arts degree from the University College London and a Master of Science degree from the University of Bristol. Uee joined Harmonia College in May 2024. She is mainly responsible for student affairs as well as the resident team of wardens and tutors, while also serving as a College tutor. She is also a member of the British Psychological Society. She is passionate about travel, sports, and cooking.
Ms. Aviva Zhuo
Assistant. After graduating with a finance degree from Zhuhai College, Jilin University, Aviva joined Harmonia College in August 2022, and is mainly responsible for managing student affairs and the team of wardens and tutors. She also serves as a resident tutor at Harmonia College. Over the years, she has been actively engaging in the activities held by Learning Support Group, Deep Blue Public Welfare, and received an American Heart Association HeartSaver First Aid / CPR / AED certification. She is passionate about food, painting, aerial drone photography and nature walks.
Ms. Helen Zhang
Senior College Mentor,Master of Human Resource Management from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, specializing in enterprise human resource management. Previously worked in large commercial bank, listed company, and Fintech research institute, with rich experience in organizational management. She also served as instructor and led the work of mental health education in faculty . She has a passion for dance and Tai Chi.
Student Activity Group
Ms. Rachel You
Executive Officer. Bachelor of Arts in English, Xihua University, with five years of experience in teaching operation management, and rich experience in human resources management and training. Rachel is mainly responsible for college official publicity, and planning and organization of student activities. Her hobbies are vlogging, reading and food exploration.
Ms. Mia Ren
Executive Assistant. Bachelor of Economics in International Economics and Trade, Binjiang College, Nanjing University of Information Engineering. Joined Harmonia College in July 2022, Mia is mainly responsible for planning and organization of college student activities, and student assistant management. She also serves as a resident tutor at Harmonia College. Mia loves playing various sports, such as long-distance running, swimming, yoga, etc.
Ms. Winnie Wen
Executive Assistant, with a Master's degree in Literature from the University of Leeds, United Kingdom. Winnie joined Harmonia College in March 2024, and is responsible for student activity planning, promoting and student organization management. She enjoys traveling, photography, playing the piano, and playing badminton.
