Harmonia Freshmen Adaptation Association
If care could take the form of wind, we would gladly become the breeze that lifts your wings.
“University is not a solitary wilderness,
but a journey illuminated by thousands of lights.”
Harmonia Freshmen Adaptation Association was born out of the fertile ground of the 2022–2024 Freshmen Adaptation Program, nurtured wholeheartedly by those who experienced it firsthand. Now, it's ready to take root and grow. Under the banner of peer support, we’ve woven a gentle network for new students—easing confusion through personalized help, and melting away unfamiliarity through shared growth.
Harmonia Freshmen Adaptation Association is built on a dual structure of Management Team and Peer leaders:
The Management Team consists of five departments working together to organize events and coordinate operations;
The Peer Leaders act as guiding lights, connecting with freshmen and bringing warmth to their journey.
Freshmen will join 4 leader-led classes, divided into 24 groups, each with 10–11 members (balanced in gender, living in the same dorm areas), led by upperclassmen peers who help them navigate campus life and adapt to their new environment.
Each class is overseen by a class leader, while small groups bond through activities—icebreakers, late-night talks, and campus adventures—fostering a sense of belonging along the way.
We believe: students understand students best.
With young eyes, we see what’s needed; with young hands, we build the bridges—ensuring every chapter of youth lands steadily, and every encounter becomes the start of a mutual journey.
When the wind rises, all things begin to grow.
