On March 27, 2021, Harmonia College gathered the hidden culinary talents within the College to showcase their unique homemade dishes. These talented individuals came from different regions and backgrounds, impressing the meticulous judging panel with their flavorful creations. After tasting the dishes, the Harmonia public jury announced the champions of the competition-"Guihua Braised Pork," "Preserved Plum Tomatoes," and "Guihua Cold Brew Tea Latte" made by the students Zou Yuanrui and Zhang Hanyuan.
A Bite of Harmonia Phase 6
In this "Food Adventure" on April 17, 2021, Chen Chi, Shangguan Wenqian, Zhang Yichen, and Feng Shuang served as assistant instructors for Matcha Cookies, while Chen Zekai served as the assistant instructor for Matcha Latte. Under their careful guidance, the participants quickly learned the methods and techniques of making these delightful spring treats while immersing in the sweetness of matcha in the air.
A Bite of Harmonia Phase 7
A Bite of Harmonia Phase 7 was jointly organized by Harmonia College and the "Food Research Society" on December 3, 2021. The four student instructors presented two exquisite winter desserts: "Brown Sugar Glutinous Rice Balls" and "Sweet Rice Balls in Fermented Rice Wine." While treating themselves, they also took care to package the winter delicacies and share them with the people who have always been there for us, spreading the warmth of delicious food throughout the College.

On March 12, 2022, with the guidance of the young student instructors from Harmonia College, the students and teachers who stayed on campus crafted limited edition cherry blossom desserts. The glistening cherry blossom jelly and the generously topped cherry blossom bran cup captured the intoxicating spirit of spring, bringing everyone an interesting hands-on experience.
A Bite of Harmonia Phase 9
Different culinary styles bloomed with the same passion. In this phase of A Bite of Harmonia, three teams competed on the same stage, presenting their dishes: Spicy Chicken Claws, Mango Pomelo Sago, and Nourishing Soup. The food was simple yet delightful, but the real joy came from sitting together with classmates in the cool night breeze, savoring the delicious flavors and enjoying each other's company.
